Profile

Connie Cheung is a consultant within Oliver Wyman Labs, focusing on analytics and data science. Connie enjoys the challenge of building intuitive machine learning models to tackle complex business problems. 

At Oliver Wyman, she has worked on a variety of analytical modules and web application frameworks for North American and Australian clients in Retail and Financial Services. She loves the diversity of her projects, the opportunities provided to learn new tools, and the fast-paced nature of consulting. Prior to joining Labs, Connie was a data scientist in the biomedical industry. She has led the development of machine learning algorithms at both a mobile medical device startup in Silicon Valley and a neurosurgical department. 

Connie is a Bay Area native. When not traveling, she enjoys listening to live music, hiking in the nearby redwoods, and road tripping down the California coast.

Connie holds a PhD in Bioengineering from UC Berkeley and UC San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computational Engineering Science from UC Berkeley.
